Services

A Plus Garage Doors provides residential and commercial garage door installation, repair, maintenance, garage door opener installation, and related services throughout Southeast Louisiana.

Estimates

All estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of inspection. Additional repairs, labor, or materials may be required if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work. Customers will be notified before any additional work is performed.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

For new garage door installations and special-order products, a 50% down payment is required before any garage door, operator, or special-order materials are purchased or ordered.

​

The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation.

Returned checks, declined payments, unpaid balances, or late payments may be subject to additional fees, collection costs, and applicable interest as permitted by law.

Warranty

A Plus Garage Doors provides a one (1) year warranty on labor for new garage door and opener installations.

Manufacturer warranties apply to garage doors, operators, springs, and other components as provided by the manufacturer. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, alterations, vehicle impact, power surges, acts of nature, normal wear and tear, or work performed by third parties.

Warranty service must be requested within the applicable warranty period.

Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. Delays caused by inaccessible job sites, unsafe conditions, weather events, or customer-requested schedule changes may affect completion times.

Limitation of Liability

A Plus Garage Doors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.
